If psychiatrist Daniel Fung had his way, Singaporeans would have more children.

The father of five, who is chairman of the medical board at the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), which is celebrating its 90th anniversary this year, says: "I always think children are a form of wealth, something money cannot buy."
