French chef Patrick Heuberger has seemed rather restless since coming to Singapore in 2001. But with the recent opening of his latest restaurant, Atout, in the Dempsey area, he has come full circle and will perhaps settle down at last.
He came here to be the chef of Au Petit Salut in Chip Bee Gardens, then left for Hong Kong for two years before rejoining the restaurant and following it to its Dempsey location.
