SINGAPORE - After seven years of living in various rented apartments and moving in and out with an assortment of boxed-up belongings, the Koh family finally settled into their own home last year.

While renovating their three-bedroom condominium in River Valley, Mrs Jean Koh, 42, says that she and her husband took the opportunity to sort through what they have, clear out unnecessary things and simply get organised.
