Taking up the ground floor of a shophouse in Joo Chiat Road, omakase restaurant Jimoto Dining is helmed by Tokyo-born chef Takahiro Sato.

Formerly of Sushi Hashida and Melbourne’s Kakizaki, he leads the kitchen in curating four omakase options (from $55+ a person), as well as offering a daily rotating selection of a la carte dishes.
