Gaston Burgundy Bistro & Wine Bar in the Keong Saik neighbourhood is deeply rooted in the Burgundian heritage and its menu is made up of classic homemade specialties to be shared in a communal dining style.

The 55-seater restaurant is helmed by general manager Geoffrey Daurelle, who hails from Burgundy, while head chef Julius Soo Thoo has worked in the kitchens of restaurants such as L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon, Iggy's and The Chophouse.
