Lately, my car's air-conditioning does not cool the cabin as well as before. What could be wrong?

This could be caused by the air-conditioning system running low on refrigerant. Or there could be a malfunctioning air-con compression because of a loose drive belt, slipping clutch or partially clogged valves or filters.

The condenser or evaporator coil may also have developed a small leak or it could be clogged.

Low refrigerant level can be topped up easily and inexpensively. Fixing any of the other issues will cost more.
