Mr Paul Wee's affinity to motoring goes beyond car ownership.

The 66-year-old chief executive of a copyright licensing firm started Torque motoring magazine in 1990. Before that, he was the editor of two other motoring magazines. He also produced a series called Wheelpower for television.
