Historic Land Rover restored

Somewhere in wintry York, England, there is a 63-year-old Land Rover carrying the number plate SNX891 and a painted sign on its rear door panel that reads "London-Singapore 1st Overland".

It is one of two cars that made the historic 1955-1956 Oxford and Cambridge Far Eastern Expedition.
