Making time for the middle child

To prevent my second child from feeling neglected, I make the effort to spend one-on-one time with her - going to the library or making kale chips together

"She is the most annoying two-year-old I know," exclaimed my nine-year-old daughter in frustration one day, after her younger sister tried repeatedly to snatch away her book.

For six years, before her little sister came along, she was the baby of the family.
