"Bubbles hate air- conditioning and love humidity," says Ms Caroline Cornelius- Jones, aka CJ the Bubble Girl. The wind and sun are not kind to bubbles either. Tomorrow evening, she will create bubbles in all shapes and sizes at the Singapore River Festival's Riverfront Carnival. She will perform two free shows at the riverside area of Clarke Quay Central.
