An unaltered photo of Cindy Crawford revealing a body that has been changed by motherhood has been leaked online and is sparking discussion about media portrayals of women, says USA Today website.

Marie Claire magazine says the image is from a shoot for a December 2013 cover story and calls the photo "real", "honest" and "gorgeous".

Crawford, 48, has two children with bar mogul Rande Gerber, 52.
