Keep calm, wash your hands and be considerate

Experts around the world have said repeatedly how it is well within people's power to keep the coronavirus at bay, so it is time we stopped panicking

The coronavirus pandemic hit a little close to home recently when we were told the parent of a friend had tested positive.

Someone in my family had been in close contact with the friend in the days leading up to the diagnosis.
