Artificial intelligence is starting to change the hotel experience in South Korea, one voice command at a time.

At the newly-opened Novotel Ambassador Dongdaemun Seoul Hotel, guests can call on a "genie" to do their bidding, like turn on the television, adjust room temperature, play K-pop music, draw the curtains and even request amenities from housekeeping.
