NEW YORK • Every Monday, chef Daniela Mass arrives at Ms Beth Fisher's Upper East Side apartment in New York with grocery bags full of ingredients such as spaghetti squash, salmon and sweet potatoes.

She prepares three four-person meals for Ms Fisher and her husband, along with snacks.
