SINGAPORE - From Star Wars cufflinks to Iron Man figurines, Malaysian pewter company Royal Selangor is tapping popular culture to stay relevant as it celebrates its 50th anniversary in Singapore this year.
To attract younger customers, it launched a Star Wars collection in 2015 featuring mugs, figurines and keychains. In 2017, it launched a Marvel collection which included lapel pins and limited edition figurines of superheroes.
