SINGAPORE - Co-living spaces appeared on the Singapore property radar about four years ago, offering a range of fuss-free accommodation with flexible rental arrangements from three-month to 12-month leases.

Typically, about three people share a co-living apartment. Rentals start at about $800 for a room to more than $2,000 for a master bedroom with an attached bathroom.
