It's about balance and moderation. I do a variety of exercises that balance out one another, for example, weightlifting for strength and yoga for flexibility. I also eat in moderation.

I was slightly overweight in primary school. I hated being in the Trim and Fit weight-loss programme as that meant sacrificing recess to do exercises like jumping jacks. I was not into exercising as a child and would rather play indoors.
