Savour Christmas

Head down to Savour Christmas, the third and final edition of this year's three-part Savour food festival. Have a feast at Jasons Christmas market, featuring a wide variety of food including London roast duck, Iberico suckling pig and Hokkaido lavender soft serve. Diners can also order turkey and ham in advance for Christmas. It is also the finals of the DBS Live Your Dream Initiative, where chef mentors and their proteges will run food booths in the Gourmet Village. Expect dishes such as Ravioli Stuffed with Saffron Risotto and Ossobuco Ragu ($12) from Italian restaurant Buona Terra; roasted Hokkaido scallop ($12) from Saveur Art; and warm sticky date pudding ($6) from Stellar at 1-Altitude.

Hello Hokkaido At Resorts World Sentosa

Hello Hokkaido is jointly organised by Resorts World Sentosa and the Hokkaido government in celebration of the 50th anniversary of Singapore-Japan diplomatic relations.

The 10-day festival showcases a Japanese yatai street where more than 20 food and retail stalls present their best Hokkaido street food culture, including Hokkaido Santouka ramen and Ohara Farm's melon-flavoured soft ice cream. Also featured are Hokkaido's produce, delicacies and sake. Nine Resorts World Sentosa celebrity chef restaurants will include fresh Hokkaido seafood ingredients such as uni, kani and ikura in their menus.

November Lunches At Stellar

Iberico Secreto Pork Loin is the star of this month's executive lunch at Stellar at 1-Altitude. The highlight of executive chef Christopher Millar's menu is the main course offering of Roasted Iberico Pork Loin with sage crust, burnt leek and apple jelly. Rounding up the meal is a selection of artisanal cheeses and desserts created by pastry chef Jasmin Chew.

White Truffle Season At Senso

White truffle season has arrived at Senso Ristorante & Bar and chef Yves Schmit and his team have created a five-course menu and also made the dishes available individually. This year's menu features a mix of classic and contemporary dishes such as Capesante - pan-seared scallops served with eggplant mousse, green apple, shaved white truffle and truffle dressing; Crema di Zucca and Monte Bianco. The dishes will be available till the year-end, subject to supplies of white truffle. At the White Truffle Brunch on Nov 27, diners will be served a medley of white truffle dishes, freshly made taglierini and gnocchi, beef tenderloin, pork saltimbocca, scallops and cod. There will also be a live risotto station.

Lighthouse Restaurant Hosts Italian Masterchef Giacomo Gallima

As part of the International Week of Italian Cuisine, The Lighthouse Restaurant & Rooftop Bar is hosting masterchef Giacomo Gallima, who will be cooking alongside Lighthouse chef de cuisine Carlo Marengoni in a spread paired with Pio Cesare wines. The lunch and dinner menu features dishes such as Mediterranean raw fish platter ($32++); pan-seared halibut fillet with sweet onion cream and steamed chanterelle mushrooms ($48++); twice-cooked lamb rack with sweet mustard sauce and fried semolina ($58++); and Guanaja chocolate cake with white truffle cream ($22++).

MAD Oysters Promotion
