GOMA-TOFU WITH SEA URCHIN

"A refreshing appetiser of cold tofu topped with uni and wasabi in specially prepared jelly and sauce. The combination of the spicy wasabi, the sweetness of the uni and the unique taste of the jelly sauce makes this a sublime start to any meal. Excellent."

MATCHA WHITE CHOCOLATE DANISH

"Buttery and flavourful. A beautiful combination of white chocolate and matcha filled my mouth as I took a bite. The Danish had a crispy exterior and a soft fluffy inside that didn't have an overpowering matcha or chocolate taste. Addictive and friendly on the pocket too."

KIMCHI CARNITAS FRIES

"Although kimchi and fries do not sound like a good combination, this was pretty good. The kimchi under the fries came as a surprise as I thought they would merely drizzle kimchi sauce over. The hot sauce, kimchi, shredded meat, chopped onions and other ingredients went well together and it was not overly spicy."
