SINGAPORE - Two weeks after being crowned No.1 on the Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list, chef-owner Julien Royer of Odette at the National Gallery Singapore is still reeling from the frenzy.

He has been bombarded with interview requests from the media and offers for collaborations.
