Pig out this Chinese New Year as restaurants and bakeries go the whole hog to welcome the Year of the Pig.

An abundance of pig parts are being used, from crispy pig's ears in yusheng to pig's stomach stuffed with goodies in nourishing soups; and all manner of pork knuckles - braised, fried and stewed.
