If you had expected chef Rishi Naleendra to repeat what he had been doing at his former restaurant Cheek By Jowl at the new Cloudstreet, you would be sorely mistaken.

After all, he did not leave the restaurant early this year - while it was at the height of its popularity after earning a Michelin star for the past two years - to do the same thing. He wanted to move on.
