The last thing I expected to see at sneaker convention Street Superior in October was a mee rebus pushcart stall, much less one manned by young men in their 20s clad in stylish black boiler suits and black songkoks.
They managed to make grab-and-go mee rebus cool again, serving up piping-hot bowls of it alongside vendors making fancy burgers and trendy Japanese street snacks.
