SINGAPORE - Distinctly Singaporean dishes and drinks like rojak, chendol, kopi-o and teh-o have been captured in a series of newly-launched gins and liqueurs by a local micro-distillery.
The small-batch gins, made right in Singapore's backyard, are produced by local company, Compendium, which is located in Mandai Foodlink.

Run by founder and master distiller Simon Zhao, 34, who is a permanent resident who harks from China, as well as brand ambassador Vegneswaran Ram, 33, who is Malaysian, the duo say they want to "encapsulate the taste of Singapore inside the bottle".
