Jinjo in Shaw Centre comes across as a straightforward, no-frills sumiyaki restaurant - until you taste the food. Then you realise it is far from ordinary.
Opened by the Les Amis Group earlier this month, it specialises in charcoal-grilled food. But unlike yakitori eateries, which focus on grilled chicken parts, sumiyaki covers more than just poultry.
