A chef in Taichung, Taiwan, is flying the Singapore flag high, spreading the word about the Republic's food.

Singaporean chef Jimmy Lim, 37, who runs JL Studio, puts twists on dishes such as hor fun and kueh pie tee using Taiwanese produce.
