Reviving Bacchanalia: Lim Kian Chun on revamping the Michelin-starred restaurant

Ebb & Flow group co-founder Lim Kian Chun talks about revamping the Michelin-starred restaurant to be in the black and cooking his signature roast pork

Who: Mr Lim Kian Chun, 26, co-founder of food-and-beverage group Ebb & Flow, which owns and manages one-Michelin-starred restaurant Bacchanalia in Hongkong Street and Hou Hou, an Asian fusion grain bowl eatery at Suntec City mall. The group also co-owns and manages capsule hotel chain Atlantis Pods.

The bachelor is also a managing partner at two-year-old investment company Cerana Capital, which invests in start-ups predominantly in the food-and-beverage, fintech and media sectors.
