SINGAPORE - The Raffles Hotel's popular Bar & Billiard Room has been given a new look. Gone is the clubby look of the 122-year-old restaurant and in its place is colour, lots of it.

It fits right in with France-born chef Alain Ducasse's vision for the 235-seater and the food he will serve at the restaurant, renamed BBR by Alain Ducasse. It opens to diners from Friday (Sept 13).
