SINGAPORE - As sustainability continues to be the key buzzword in the food and beverage (F&B) industry this year, a new platform has been launched to bring F&B companies together for collective action.

The F&B Sustainability Council is spearheaded by The Loco Group - which runs a chain of restaurants including Super Loco at Robertson Quay and Customs House - and started on its own sustainability journey in 2018.
