SINGAPORE -With Chinese New Year just around the corner, wine-making ambassadors from Australia's Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) - which counts the likes of Penfolds, Beringer and Max's wine in its portfolio - recommends the best pairings for various, traditional Chinese New Year dishes.

"We had to be conscious of finding wines that could match the richness of the dishes, while not overpowering the complex and sometimes delicate flavours," says Mr Sam Stephens, 39, Penfolds Brand Ambassador (Asia, Middle East & Africa).
