Joining the enclave of Korean eateries in Tanjong Pagar is Sikdang, a casual diner specialising in Korean hotpot.

A highlight is the Super Sik Dak-galbi ($48+, above), its rendition of a traditional Korean meal that is best shared in a group. It is made from chicken, cabbage, sweet potatoes, perilla leaves and tteokbokki, marinated in a gochujang sauce. This dish will be introduced later in the week.
