Italian restaurant Prego has reopened at Fairmont Singapore with modern interiors, a new food and drinks menu and Mauro Sanna as the new head chef.
Taking inspiration from Italy's slow food culture, the new Prego offers classics and age-old recipes, from handcrafted pastas and wood-fired pizzas to antipasti and premium grilled meats.
