Nearly 10 years after bringing the L'Entrecote brand to Singapore, Deliciae Hospitality Management has opened L'Entrecote The Steak & Fries Bistro in the Central Business District.

Besides French fare, the new restaurant features the French Ricard Bar, with menu items like Pan Fried Wagyu Beef Cubes ($22++), sharing boards of French cheeses and charcuteries ($22++ to $38++), Classic Buttery Escargot ($24++), Deep-Fried Frogs Legs ($18++) and Beef Tartare Toast ($6++ each, minimum three).
