Old Cantonese classics brought back to life at Circa 1912

This restaurant serves Cantonese dishes from the 1960s and 1970s and they are very well done

Whenever someone laments how such and such a dish has disappeared from restaurant menus, what usually pops into my mind is that there may well be a good reason why.

Perhaps the skill required to prepare the dish is lost.
