For a bowl of shio or shoyu ramen at Tsuta, the world's only Michelin-starred ramen eatery, Indonesian businessman Sugirato Alim, 35, and his wife, Ms Yenita Jayanata, 32, waited for about two hours - during their nine-hour stopover on a flight from Italy to Indonesia. "It was well worth the risk (of missing our flight)," he said. They were among some 250 people at Tsuta's first overseas outlet at Pacific Plaza, which opened yesterday.
