(THE JAKARTA POST) - McDonald’s Indonesia started offering a new, limited-time item, ayam kremes sambal matah (fried chicken with crunchy bits and raw chili relish) on Tuesday.
According to kompas.com, the dish was launched in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan.
“Sambal matah is among the popular sambals in Indonesia,” said McDonald’s Indonesia associate director of communication Sutji Lantyka.
Sutji added that this year the fast food chain had launched several local flavours.
