Japanese restaurant Esora's kappo menu is a feast for the senses

SINGAPORE - For the Japanese, a meal must not only taste good, it must also be a feast for the eyes.

And few restaurants here do it with more elegance than Esora. At the Japanese kappo restaurant, which was opened in August, the exquisitely plated food is matched by the stylishness of the dining room.
