SINGAPORE - Japanese bartending is renowned for its meticulous attention to detail, as well as the sophistication and mastery of techniques that goes into making a cocktail.

For some bartenders, like The Bar at Waku Ghin's Kazuhiro Chii and D.Bespoke's Daiki Kanetaka and Shinji lwamitsu, it is about the unflinching pursuit of perfection in making classic cocktails such as the martini or the Manhattan.
