Foie Gras Ramen At Menya Sakura

This month-old Nagoya ramen restaurant has launched foie gras ramen, which is available only at its Singapore outlet. It comprises slabs of sous-vide chicken breast stuffed with foie gras, French mushroom fricassee, pine nuts and watercress, on top of the usual onsen egg and bamboo shoots. Balancing the richness and creaminess of the foie gras cubes is a light chicken broth that is brewed for six hours and concocted with aromatic argan oil from Morocco.
