Among the new items are Truffle Ravioli ($26.50++), filled with freshly minced black truffle and finished with brown butter and grated parmesan; Truffle Shuffle pizza ($26.50++), topped with white sauce, fontal cheese, sweet balsamic onions, a free-range egg and grated black truffle; Salumi Crostini ($15++); and Seared Tuna ($33++).

Hua Ting Restaurant is offering its Fantastic Five deals for a limited period. Diners can order its golden suckling pig at $168++ (usual price: $248++) for dinner or the signature crispy roast duck half/whole $24++/$48++ (usual price: $45++/ $82++) for lunch (both deals are available from Mondays to Thursdays).
