Besides its regular a la carte menu of Chinese cuisine, TungLok Heen at Resorts World Sentosa now serves favourite Singapore street food such as Oyster Omelette (Oh Luak; $32++ a portion) using Irish oysters, Chilli Crab (de-shelled; one-day advance order) and Char Kway Teow. Kitchen By Food Rebel has extended its hours on Fridays, closing two hours later at 8pm. From 5.30pm, it will be serving gluten-free craft beer, French wines and items from a light bites menu, such as chicken sliders (below, $13 nett) with gula-melaka caramelised onions and spicy Malay sauce; paprika sweet-patatas bravas ($9), with a lime-infused sambal sauce; and egg frittata ($12.50), stuffed with shiitake mushrooms and arugula.
