Game Time At Kaiserhaus

As Europe marks the beginning of the traditional hunting season, Kaiserhaus has unveiled its game menu. Venison Carpaccio and Hungarian Duck Liver ($25++ each) are the starter choices. Main courses come in the form of Wildragout/Game Stew Of Deer Shoulder served with dumplings and red cabbage ($32++) and Venison (loin) Steak ($42++) wrapped with bacon and served with Schupfnudeln, apple red cabbage and caramelised chestnuts. Chestnut is also the key ingredient for dessert, which is chestnut parfait with chocolate sprinkles and marinated balsamic cherries ($15++).

Izy Dining & Bar has relaunched its brand and menu. It is offering sharing plates of maki and sushi rolls, and signature dishes such as the wagyu tomato sukiyaki and wagyu truffle don. Penfolds Wine Dinner

Penfolds of Australia will be hosting a wine dinner in celebration of the launch of the Penfolds Collection 2016. The five-course meal is designed for The Collection. Austrian Wine Week Wine-Pairing Dinner At Chef's Table
