Parkroyal on Beach Road chef Zeng Feng has created Braised Sliced Puffer Fish with crispy rice bubble, as well as Sliced Puffer Fish with Sichuan pepper and minced spring onion sauce. Parkroyal on Kitchener Road chef Leung Wing Chung's contribution is Poached Luffa And Sakura Prawn with sliced puffer fish in umeshu. Festive Dining at Raffles' Tiffin Room

Raffles Singapore's Tiffin Room pays homage to its colourful North Indian roots with a special Deepavali buffet lunch and dinner. Chef Kuldeep Negi and his team have created a spread of specialities to mark this festival. Diners can start with the live Pani Puri and Chaat station, savoury snacks which are among India's favourite street foods. Other appetisers on the buffet include Dahi Kebab, Tulsi Murgh Kebab as well as the signature Achari Cod Fish Tikka. Moving on to the mains, chef Negi will be presenting his rendition of the Laal Maas (Rajasthani smoked lamb curry).

Other dishes include the Hyderabadi Murgh (chicken) Biryani.
