Mediterranean Flavours At Fullerton's Lighthouse Restaurant

Chef Felice Lo Basso from the one-Michelin-star Felix Lo Basso Restaurant in Milan makes his debut at The Lighthouse Restaurant and creates his brand of refined Mediterranean flavours. The five-course degustation dinner starts with chef Lo Basso's take on vitello tonnato, a classic Piedmontese dish, followed by saffron potato dumpling with duck ragout, wild mushrooms and green beans. Mains feature a choice of slow-cooked cod fish with mashed potatoes, lemon, onion crumble and wild broccoli; or lamb with pistachio and lard crust, red spring cabbage and goat cheese bon bon. Chef Lo Basso's classic tiramisu and white coffee gelato completes the dining experience. His creations are also available on today's lunch and daily dinner a la carte menus.

Moroccan Feast At Rasa Sentosa

Shangri-La's Rasa Sentosa Resort & Spa's Casserole restaurant is presenting a Moroccan feast as executive sous chef Mansour Benali from Shangri-La Abu Dhabi cooks up signature dishes, such as shish kebabs and chicken and lamb tagines. The semi-buffet includes a main dish accompanied by unlimited servings of appetisers and desserts. The Couscous Royale Set features lamb merguez sausage, chicken and roasted vegetables paired with the chef's housemade couscous.

Dolce Vita Welcomes Michelin-starred Chef Emanuele Mazzella

In conjunction with the annual Gusto Italiano promotion, Michelin-starred chef Emanuele Mazzella is making a guest appearance at Dolce Vita. Incorporating local seasonal ingredients, he will showcase his signatures, such as the merluzzo in olio, slow-poached cod topped with green pea coulis, olives and capers; or the seared capesante scallops served with cauliflower, vanilla and grapefruit. Other highlights are handmade tagliolini with beetroot and a hint of calamari and lime, Boston lobster-stuffed tortelli, tarragon and buffalo milk burrata, slow-braised Australian brasato beef cheek paired with roasted mushrooms, as well as tagliata wagyu sirloin.

Tippling Club's themed party, Once Upon A Time, returns to the restaurant-bar's R&D kitchen and cocktail lounge, Bin 38, on Thursday with an all-American affair led by guest bartender Tom Hogan, the spirits evangelist at Proof & Company. Cocktails by Hogan that are inspired by the city of Chicago include Pumpkin Cobbler and Blood Dillinger, while Wild Scottish Razor Clam Chowder and Big Mac risotto are among the canapes by Tippling Club.

Whisky Masterclass At UsQuBa

UsQuBa's resident whisky specialist Fong Chan Teng will host a whisky masterclass in which participants can explore the basic distilling process and profiles of Scotland's regions in an interactive tasting session.
