Makan@Jen will hold a week-long Thai cuisine promotion with more than 40 dishes by Yanavit Theerasomboonkun, sous chef at Shangri-La Hotel, Bangkok. Dishes include phad thai goong (stir-fried rice noodles with prawns) and pla ka pong sam ros (sweet and sour deep-fried fish). There will also be less common items such as poo ja (deep-fried stuffed crab shells).
