Choose Your Own Cut And Weight Of Steak At Zott's
For this month and the next, you can choose your own cut and weight of steaks from Zott's meat chiller and the chef will prepare it to your liking. Choices range from Australia grain-fed strip loin beef ($12++ for 100g) and US free-range rack of lamb ($15++ for 100g) to wagyu ribeye ($22++ for 100g) and wagyu striploin Australia ($26++ for 100g). Farm-Fresh Dining With Open Farm Community
Besides favouring fresh produce harvested locally, Open Farm Community has a refreshed menu of new main dishes of fish, meat and vegetables that are slow-roasted in a custom-built charcoal oven. Offerings include Sweet Corn & Basil Soup made with charred baby corn. Favourites include Coconut Laksa Barramundi and Vietnamese pho roasted short rib. Big Street is serving a seven-course Father's Day Set Meal with highlights such as Hainanese Steamed Kampong Chicken, seasonal vegetables with mushrooms and Big Street Chilli King Prawn. This month, the restaurant is giving discounts of up to 20 per cent for multi-generation families in support of The Fatherhood Appreciation Campaign @ Big Street, in collaboration with the Centre for Fathering.
