Pan Pacific Orchard's 10 At Claymore has brought back its Oyster Occasions promotion for this and next month, with varieties from Canada, France, Ireland, New Zealand and the United States. Choose Your Own Cut And Weight Of Steak At Zott's

For this month and the next, you can choose your own cut and weight of steaks from Zott's meat chiller and the chef will prepare it to your liking. Choices range from Australia grain-fed strip loin beef ($12++ for 100g) and US free-range rack of lamb ($15++ for 100g) to wagyu ribeye ($22++ for 100g) and wagyu striploin Australia ($26++ for 100g). Cote de boeuf Australia ($120++) and T- bone Australia ($130++) serve two to three persons.

Farm-Fresh Dining With Open Farm Community

Besides favouring fresh produce harvested locally, Open Farm Community has a refreshed menu of new main dishes of fish, meat and vegetables that are slow-roasted in a custom-built charcoal oven. Offerings include Sweet Corn & Basil Soup made with charred baby corn. Favourites include Coconut Laksa Barramundi and Vietnamese pho roasted short rib. The restaurant also serves a selection of pasta such as the Minden Road pesto trofie pasta made with potatoes, French beans and pumpkin chunks.

Big Street's Big Eats For Big Daddies

Big Street is serving a seven-course Father's Day Set Meal with highlights such as Hainanese Steamed Kampong Chicken, seasonal vegetables with mushrooms and Big Street Chilli King Prawn. This month, the restaurant is giving discounts of up to 20 per cent for multi-generation families in support of The Fatherhood Appreciation Campaign @ Big Street, in collaboration with the Centre for Fathering. For instance, these families can have the Red Snapper Fish Head Curry (usual price $29) at $23.20. Other popular local dishes include Hainanese Kampong Chicken Rice ($10), Chunky Crab Meat Fried Rice ($28) and char kway teow ($16).
