Long Chim Weekend Brunch
Long Chim, David Thompson's Thai street food restaurant, has launched its Weekend Brunch. Dishes from the a la carte menu include spicy pork with rice cakes, grilled eggplant salad with steamed egg and dried prawns, green curry of kampong chicken with Thai eggplant and tilapia in salt crust, as well as black sticky rice with pandanus noodles, and coconut cake. Merchants Wine Store has a new addition to its wine family - Helen & Joey Estate, its first partner from Yarra Valley near Melbourne.
