London Roast Duck At Shisen Hanten

Japanese-Sichuan restaurant Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro has launched its London Roast Duck cooked with Chinese herbs. The dish uses Irish duck, which is said to be juicier than the local version. Among the items on the menu is Chen's Mapo Doufu, recommended to be eaten with a bowl of Hokkaido rice.

US Wagyu Lands At Morton's

Morton's of Chicago Singapore has introduced the American Wagyu steak. The 8oz American Wagyu New York Strip ($95++) comes from Snake River Farms. The restaurant is also bringing back its 14oz Bone-in Filet Mignon ($122++). Other items include Morton's new appetiser, Grilled Oysters with garlic herb butter ($49++); and Olive Crusted Alaska Halibut ($80++).

Air Waffles At Wildfire Burgers

Wildfire Burgers is now offering Air Waffle, a lighter and crisper waffle made with nitrous oxide-charged buttermilk batter. Executive head chef Nicky Ng of Mitzo Restaurant & Bar has put together an eight-course dinner menu featuring Mitzo's signature items. A modern twist on traditional Cantonese fare, the Mother's Day special set menu has highlights such as wok-fried lobster in 20-year Hua Diao wine and herbal pork rib with black fungus and enoki mushroom.
