Singapore Restaurant Week is back for its 12th edition with the theme Feasts Of The Ocean. More than 100 restaurants are taking part. Curing Food With Spirits
Chef Drew Nocente will demonstrate how to cure and prepare meats through three dishes: mackerel in gin, pork in rum and halibut in vodka.
