Chefs Gu Yong Hoi and Kang Jung Sun from the Millennium Seoul Hilton are taking the helm at Orchard Hotel Singapore's Orchard Cafe to present more than 40 Korean delicacies. Dolce Vita's Earth Hour Menu

Mandarin Oriental Singapore's Dolce Vita will mark Earth Hour on March 19 with a "dine in the dark" menu. With restaurant lighting reduced to a minimum, the menu features Caledonia prawns and quinoa in shellfish broth; organic Singaporean barramundi served with crispy potatoes and micro greens salad; and Irish beef tenderloin with pumpkin puree, baby fennel and natural jus.

Feasts Of The Ocean

Singapore Restaurant Week is back for its 12th edition with the theme Feasts Of The Ocean. More than 100 restaurants are taking part. Among the new participating restaurants are Fort by Maison Ikkoku, Forest, Sushi Meida, Kaiserhaus, Osteria Art, Si Chuan Do Hua and Portico Prime. Restaurants will offer three-course menus for lunch and dinner at $28++ and $38++ respectively. Dining City Star-Awarded restaurants will offer set menus at $40++ for lunch and $58++ for dinner.

Curing Food With Spirits

Chef Drew Nocente will demonstrate how to cure and prepare meats through three dishes: mackerel in gin, pork in rum and halibut in vodka.
