Grand Hyatt's Mezza9 has teamed up with Bincho and Panko from Unlisted Collection for their first chef collaboration dinner. Highlights of the menu for tonight and tomorrow include Bincho's chicken thigh with sugiita ($38++) and assorted yakitori tare platter ($28++) by chef Asai Masashi and Panko's Kushikatsu comfort food items ($22++ - $48++), served as a seafood, meat or vegetable platter by chef Kazuma Ishikawa. Sunday's dinner will feature dishes and cocktails by Bincho and Panko, while chef Jems Bong of Mezza9 will present certified sustainable sashimi moriawase and Edomae nigri sushi.
